Chrysler Prowler

Chrysler Prowler's free-revving, 60-degree design V6 engine cranks out enough suds (253 horsepower at 6,400 rpm) and yank (255 pound-feet of torque at 3,950 rpm) to get anybody's attention.
The front and rear quarter panels, rear valance panel and motorcycle fenders are made of sheet molding compound. The disparate elements are joined by welding, adhesive bonding and a new device called a "self-piercing rivet," used to attach the aluminum of the door panel to its steel hinge reinforcement.
Next generation driver and front passenger air bags with passenger-side air bag on/off switch located in instrument panel
Four-link independent rear suspension consisting of two adjustable upper links, one upper trailing link and a lower arm control; Spring/shock assembly mounted to lower arm control
